The BioDiesler has all of the functions needed to make vegetable oil into raw Biodiesel. 
The functions are listed below and correlate with the numbers in the photo.

1. Methoxide Mixing Tank.  Fill tank with five gallons of methanol.
2. Lye Funnel.  Turn on the "Mix Methoxide" timer for fifteen minutes and add lye through funnel.  Be sure to secure lid.
3. Reactor Tank.  Pour 50 gallons of vegetable oil into tank.
4. Turn on "Mix Oil" and "Heat Oil" timer switches to circulate and heat oil.
5. After Mixing Methoxide for 15 minutes and oil is 120F, turn on "Inject Methoxide" timer.  Make sure methoxide Injection valve is slightly open.
   
6. Refill Methoxide tank with another 5 gallons of Methanol and inject into reactor tank (as in step 5 with no lye).
   
7. Turn "Mix Oil" Timmer switch to one hour and 15 minutes to blend oil.
8. Discharge Valves.  When complete turn vlaves on top of tank and pump raw biodiesel to 110 gallon tank.
